Maiden win for PURPLE LIGHT at Strasbourg

PURPLE LIGHT by Kendargent kicked off today's Arc-day in promising fashion for Gestuet Ammerland. The colt, who is in training with Peter Schiergen in Cologne, scored his maiden win in a 1400 m race for two-year-olds at Strasbourg at his third career outing. Despite top weight, PURPLE LIGHT won confidently by two lengths with Ronan Thomas aboard.
