BIONIC WOMAN breaks maiden at Saint Cloud

Two-year-old BIONIC WOMAN by LOPE DE VEGA out of our Montjeu-mare BURNING HEIGHTS crowned a stellar start into her racing career with a confident win in the Prix Ravinella (€27,000) in her second time out today at Saint-Cloud racecourse. The Andre Fabre-trained filly had left a fine impression in her first outing five weeks ago in Deauville, where she had finished a good second, and looked further improved in the 1400 m race for two-year-old fillies. Scoring easily by a length and a half, BIONIC WOMAN had Mickael Barzalona aboard for her first victory. The filly, who is racing in famous blue colours of Godolphin, was a top seller for us at the 2018 Tattersalls October Yearling Sale where the hammer went down for her at 800,000 guineas.

The upcoming auction sale will, once again, feature interesting yearlings from your breeding operation. With Lot 551 (photo), the first foal out of the G1-placed and G2-winning ROYAL SOLITAIRE (GAG 95,5 kg) will enter the ring: a bay colt by no other than the great FRANKEL, who has proven to yield a very successful two-year-old crop since taking up stud duty.
